We are a small on-line paintball products retailer, specializing in paintball products for the recreational paintball player in Canada
and the rest of the world. Our product line is small. It will be growing in the future, but it will always remain small compared to the
giant on-line retailers. We are a very small company, started because there is an apparent need in Canada for a retailer to provide
honest service and products with decent prices to the recreational paintball players in Canada.
Horizon Paintball is owned and operated by myself, Marc Seguin. I began playing paintball in the late 1990's on a casual basis as a renter.
In 2001 friends of mine opened up their own paintball field in Victoria, TNT Paintball. I started working
there as a referee and was playing on a much more frequent basis. It wasn't long before there wasn't much challenge in playing the walk-on groups anymore.
That changed when a couple of the field's regular players began showing up with Phantom pump guns. After borrowing one for a game I found the challenge I was
lacking and became irrevocably hooked on pump play. It wasn't long after that most of the referee's, regular players and even the field owners were playing
with pump guns most of the time.
Since the early 2000's pump play has seen a large resurgence in popularity. People have discovered that it's still possible to have a fun, fast paced
game without spending a fortune on paintballs.
